Private Lives is widely regarded as one of the most sophisticated and entertaining comedies ever written. Elyot and Amanda, once married and now honeymooning with new spouses at the same hotel, meet by chance, reignite their old spark and impulsively run off with each other. After days of being reunited, they again find their fiery romance alternating between passions of love and anger. This uniquely humorous classic has seen numerous successful runs on Broadway and in London with a roster of stars including Coward himself, Laurence Olivier, Tallulah Bankhead, Gertrude Lawrence, Tammy Grimes, Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor.

This Spring, Agape Actors Co-Op will produce our first annual short play festival, The Scene Shop. Join us for the World Premiere of a collection of short plays. Each play will be directed by a member of the Agape Actors Co-Op Professional Apprentice Program, comprised of East View High School theatre students.
